Products

Perfect for anything from simple hand railings to the full insides of tanks and vessels, our spray application capacity will remove oxidation contamination from fabricated stainless steel material surfaces.

WHY TO PICKLE ON STAINLESS STEEL

Pickling Removes oxides, scale and other impurities from stainless steel surfaces, The process is used to remove Weld heat tinted layers from the surface of Stainless Steel fabrications which may have been affected from thermal cutting and welding or other mechanical means such as rolling, bending, and punching

FEATURES:

Ensures an intensive cleaning and activation of metal surfaces results in a pure surface, free of oxides and pollution of other metals giving a Matt to satin Gloss appearance.

APPLICATIONS

Welding application, Food & Beverage Industry, Surgical & Pharmaceutical Industry, Chemical Processing, Trucks & Tanks, Marine, Sculptures, Artwork...

WHY TO PASSIVATE ON STAINLESS STEEL

Passivation is a chemical process that forms and optimizes the passive layer of Stainless Steel without attacking the basic material. Passivation contains a strong oxidizing agent and results in a rapid and complete formation of the passive layer which gives resistance to corrosion

The process typically begins with a thorough cleaning cycle. It is intended to remove dirt such as oils, forming compounds, lubricants, cutting fluids and other undesirable organic and metallic residue left behind as a result of fabrication and machining processes.

FEATURES

Process of passivation improves the resistance to pitting, Doubles the resistance against corrosion & removes rust, and increases resistance to discoloration to around 150°C

APPLICATIONS

Architecture, Vehicle and boat construction, Machine cladding & Switch boxes, Electrical boxes, Chemical, pharmaceutical, food and drinks industries, Medical technology and many other applications

METHODS: Spray, Brush and pumping.
